Buy and sell used consoles, controllers and retro gear in Metro Detroit
Consoles, controllers, turntables, receivers, VCRs and CRT TVs are bulky to ship and easy to break in a box, which makes selling them locally the smart move. List yours free and hand it off in person to a buyer who lives nearby.

What sells
Retro consoles from the NES through the GameCube, Sega Genesis and Dreamcast, handhelds, original first-party controllers, and working vintage audio: turntables, receivers, tape decks, Walkmans and boomboxes. Retro gamers look hard for CRT TVs and monitors, especially Sony Trinitron and PVM models.
Condition tips
Working condition is everything. Say what you tested and how, list exactly what’s included (cables, power supply, controllers, remote), and mark anything untested or for parts honestly.
Pricing it right
Get a price recognizes consoles by model, plus controllers, turntables, receivers, speakers, tape decks and CRTs, and adjusts for words like boxed, CIB, serviced or for parts. It links to PriceCharting and eBay sold so you can double-check.
Meeting up
Plan a meetup where the buyer can see it power on, such as somewhere with an outlet, and count the controllers and cables together before cash changes hands.
💵 Cash, meet local, no shipping. Meet in a busy public place or a police safe-exchange zone, inspect before you pay, and keep the chat on Physical Media Market. Safe meetup tips
